In Person Session
$150
Offering individual in-person sessions to those over the age of sixteen in Victoria, British Columbia. These sessions provide in-depth personalized art therapy that is catered towards your therapeutic goals. The art therapist will help guide you through the process of using various creative mediums to help foster awareness and curiosity to your life. Each session focuses on, and may include activities like guided meditation, grounding, sensory regulation, painting, collaging, textile work and so much more.
Each session is 50 minutes.
Virtual Session
$150
Offering an accessible way to seek art therapy! Virtual art therapy sessions are offered to individuals over the age of sixteen. Virtual therapy is accessible to individuals residing within Canada. These sessions provide in-depth personalized art therapy that is catered towards your therapeutic goals. The art therapist will help guide you through the process of using various creative mediums to help foster awareness and curiosity to your life. Each session focuses on, and may include activities like guided meditation, grounding, sensory regulation, painting, collaging, textile work and so much more.
Each session is 50 minutes.
Group Session
$100
Offering virtual group art therapy for those within Canada.
There are currently no art therapy groups, if you are interested in any future groups, please inquire.
Each group session is 90 minutes.
About
Coastal Art Therapy
It has always been a goal of mine to provide accessible mental health services to my community. My hope is that by opening an art therapy practice that offers in person and online sessions creates for accessibility for those in remote areas or those who may not be able to access in person help, as well as offering my community access to more alternative psychotherapies.
My art therapy practice is client-centred; where the client and art therapist create and work towards the clients goals, using creative exploration and expression to foster their mental wellbeing.
Exploring art mediums that feel comfortable for each client, whether that is painting, drawing, felting, sewing, weaving, stitch work, clay, collaging, sustainable art making, poetry, and so much more!!
